Cacciatora lamb or baked: the classic second Sunday.

The lamb is one of the main foods of the Roman tradition.

For lamb we mean the young lamb of about 3 or 4 weeks which still feeds on the mother’s milk.

It ‘s always been the classic dish of Sunday lunch for us Romans already since we were kids, that’s why we included in our menu, to preserve the traditional dishes.
