Sea bass carpaccio and rocket: to be enjoyed as an appetizer.
It seems that the carpaccio was born in the ’50s in a famous “bar” in Venice where the owner in honor of the painter Vittorio Carpaccio invented une of the most consumed cold dishes in Italy.
