Sea bass with eggplant ragout is a typical Sicilian dish, both for the typical scents of the land both for the raw materials that in that land are abundant and of excellent quality.

We prepare this first with paccheri striped sea bass with cherry tomatoes and fresh aubergines, a dish that our customers have always appreciated for the balance in the flavors.
