Spaghetti Carbonara: one of the most popular dishes and loved.

The origin of the carbonara is not certain, there is one that binds to the period after the war for the bacon presence led by the Anglo-American soldiers, others associate in the Carbonari Apennine or even to some Neapolitan cooks.

We’ll eat carbonara like “what it once was” prepared with the best ingredients that the market offers us.

We use De Cecco pasta, pecorino romano cheese and bacon of the best butchers.
